 ATHLETIC
PHYSICALS |
Any student
wishing to participate in fall athletics at
the high school or middle school during the
2008-2009 school year, is required to prove
physical eligibility with a doctor’s
physical. Students are encouraged to have
examinations in the Athletic Office at EPHS
with Dr. Richard Bianco (free of charge)
according to the following schedule:
-
Wednesday,
August 6th 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm (for students
whose last names begin with the letters
A-L)
-
AND for
any boy trying out for Football regardless
of beginning letter of last name.
-
Wednesday August
13th 4:30 pm - 6:00pm (for
students whose last names begin with the
letters M-Z)
Students may also
prove eligibility with a signed note from
their private physician, which will be valid
for one year. School physicals WILL NOT be
offered for fall sports on the first day of
school.
